Welcome to Social Gig Connect. By using our platform, you agree to follow these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Who Can Use the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically.

Account Use & Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your services.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers are responsible for delivering the services they advertise.
  • Misleading service listings can result in warnings or removal.
  • Pricing must be clear and fair.

Member Responsibilities

  • Members must pay in full before a service begins.
  • You agree to rate services honestly and fairly.
  • Disputes should be handled respectfully via our dispute tool.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Members can cancel up to 12 hours before a service (if not otherwise noted in seller policy).
  • Refunds are processed via Stripe and can take 5–10 business days.
  • Repeated cancellations may affect your account.

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • The platform deducts fees from seller payouts.
  • We don’t support offline or cash payments.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that:

  • Violate our Code of Conduct
  • Engage in fraud or abuse
  • Post prohibited content

Limitation of Liability

Social Gig Connect acts as a facilitator, not a party to any transaction. We are not liable for disputes or damages between users.
